Abstract

Teaching in various areas, especially in human anatomy, has traditionally been linked to the use of physical materials, such as the direct demonstration of pieces or anatomical preparations in museums and laboratories. Although these resources remain fundamental, technological advances and digitalization, including the creation of animations and 3D models, have revolutionized educational methods, providing new opportunities to complement learning, without replacing the original physical pieces. Therefore, the main objective of this work is to describe the digitalization process of the Antonio R. Terraes Museum, detailing the technologies used and the impact on academic training. In addition, it seeks to lay the foundations for future projects, establishing a reference guide for the integration of new technologies and interactive tools in the teaching of anatomy.
